We also manage using proprietary software written by Scott to determine team assignments and routing for each day. When team members get familiar with a space, they can subconsciously also become familiar with the preferences or tolerances of a client. This can lead them to deviate from the process. That’s why a key part of our processes involves not using set teams to provide service to our clients. Even though the team cleaning your home changes by design, you will always have your Client Manager as a consistent point of contact for addressing any changes and assuring your satisfaction.
Another unique trait of the EadsCo Cleaning process is that we don’t assign specific start and end times to the work we do. You will have an assigned service day (weekly on Tuesdays or every other Wednesday, for example) but the arrival and departure time will be variable. An estimated window of arrival is provided in advance via email and specific arrival is communicated to you when our team is on the way to your home. We do this because we want our teams to focus on completing the job rather than meeting an appointment time. Eliminating start and end times means the team stays until the job is done. There’s not a set appointment time after yours that they need to rush to get to.

During that first consultation, our Client Manager will provide you with a fixed price based on an estimated amount of labor. One of the biggest reasons for this fixed rate approach is that it again allows our team to focus exclusively on the result. The job starts when they arrive and ends when they’ve cleaned your home to the specifications we’ve established with you. Removing time-bound rates from the equation allows you to consistently know what you’re getting and what you are paying for it. Our processes are designed and our teams are trained to minimize the need for rework. But if your home is not cleaned to your liking, we send our crew back to fix it at no additional charge.
All Cleaning Crew Employees Start as Trainees
We employ people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some of them have prior house cleaning experience, while others may have experience in other industries. But regardless of a team member’s experience, they begin their career at EadsCo Cleaning as a trainee. This is a culture-dependent, process-driven business. Every team has a team leader who ensures the quality of service, and teams consist of two to four team members. Our team’s shirts are color-coded by rank, so at any given time you can quickly identify what level of employees are working in your home.
